It has been 2 weeks already since we arrived in the US and many things have happened in the mean time. Daniel’s graduation was very touching. What a privilege it was for him to attend this Christian school! We also had the opportunity to visit 2 colleges. He is applying to another one and we would ask you to pray for him to make the right decision. It was hard to leave him behind in MN.
Last weekend we rented a car and drove to IA to visit friends of ours. Some of mine I hadn’t seen for 32 years. What a reunion! We also visited the Living History Farm in Urbandale, IA. The farm village is set in 1875 and each division is made so real. We learnt a lot about these times.
The highlight was the wedding of a missionary kid from IL. Her family had just returned to the US and we had the opportunity to celebrate with them. Several other missionaries on furlough were present also. It was a joyous time!
Since yesterday, we are in Austin, TX, preparing for our SEED board meeting tomorrow and Thursday. We covet your prayers so that God’s will will be done. We sure need His wisdom!
Thank you so much for your encouragement. I will keep you posted.
